If you know my persona already, you know that my dedication to socks, gloves, hats, accessories overall is very strong. I wouldn’t call it above average, because I know it is not. I just feel like a lot of garments and textures or just pieces are very underrated, not enough talked about.

Has there been an exhibition about socks yet? Thank god we have one about hats now.

I don’t want to turn the discussion about socks into a a psychological one, but are socks less valued than gloves, because they cover our feet? Officially we’re not allowed to like feet.

This is an homage to my SS 2007 Prada socks, which will be my forever favourites. I paired it with my Uniqlo sale find mens checkered shirt and added an old sweater on top. Very uniformal. Because it was almost too cute with the camel hair beige, I needed to bring it all back down. Who does that better than the color black really. Thanks to the deuteragonists in this look for supporting their main actor, the socks.
